San Frediano
San Frediano in Cestello is a Church in the Oltrarno section of the city. Its name, Cestello, derives from the Cistercians who occupied the building in 1628. Saint Magdalena de Pazzi lived and died in its convent. She was renowned for her ecstasies, during which she had visions of the divine will favoring church reforms.
